The only thing than can really explain the accumulation at this point is that the company just reinstated and became active with the SOS / Nevada - http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=%252bnVrqEfLok1EHagwbSp%252frQ%253d%253d&CorpName=INFE-HUMAN+RESOURCES%2c+INC. In addition to the reinstatement, the officers and president of the company changed as well. This throws up alert lights to me of a potential merger of some sort in the works. This company was SEC compliant not so long ago so it is a perfect merger candidate. Because the 150 million shares were accumulated by what appears to be such strong hands and because the float appears to be locked up in this trading range, I am going to speculate that the majority of those shares were accumulated by someone in the know rather than by traders. If I am right then there should be a huge announcement down the road for us that could really launch this stock into orbit, that announcement could come any day. This stock has huge potential for a huge monster run, stay tuned.
