Kendrick Drilling Services to drill Phase 3, Pelican Rapids in Manitoba.

BELLINGHAM, WA, Jan. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - North Star Diamonds, Inc. (NQB Pink Sheets: NSDM) has arranged Kendrick Drilling Services of Chilliwack, B.C. to drill Phase 3 and possibly Phase 4 of North Stars drilling program in Manitoba.

Drilling on Phase 3 in the Pelican Rapids/Swan River property will commence as soon as Kendrick Drilling Services completes its current project, which is expected to be late February. Kendrick Drilling Services offered a very competitive rate due to the type of equipment used, which is more suitable for shallow drilling. The commencement of drilling will be announced once dates have been scheduled. Drilling on the other properties may be done this summer as they are on sandy soil.

Attracting joint venture partners is part of NSDM's strategy to add value to its numerous properties while minimizing share dilution to its shareholders. NSDM is actively pursuing additional joint venture property option partners.
