10K's are NOT the same as annual reports. It has much of the same info but they are not the same. You are incorrect.

FFGO will submit any and all necessary documents to the SEC.
Just because they said they will issue emails to shareholders doesn't preclude also issuing press releases AFTER the deal is signed. They aren't going to release any PRs BEFORE the deal is consumated.
