I just see this Apollo Minerals deal by CNAM to be a way of hedging their future with a cheap supply of ore, in case the price of the latter runs up too high on demand/supply issues.

Pretty straightforward, IMO. (I could be wrong). SO the fact that revs. may not be forthcoming from this project for a few years is not a concern. But who knows, Apollo and colleague cos. can make things happen sooner than Wristshot thinks....
