THe float is 40m, however between myself and friends we own about 10million so there is only 30m out there so it has to be very tight. Any decent purchasing and it will fly. It was very tight until about a few months ago when it was trading in the 6-7 range someone dumped all his shares cause he needed money (some 6m shares) thats what dragged it all down. Im hoping that it moves up soon, I also think that it will
