When the slide started it made sense that the group that purchased the stock did some of the dumping-Frank was asked on the conference call about this group and if they still held their shares and he unequivocably said they did-So I am repeating what he said and do not think he would out and out lie-Many investor groups do invest money with the long term belief in a company-This group was given warrants as a kicker exercisable at 2.5 cents a share-You have been very negative on GDHI and you sold, so why are you here posting? If you want to say Frank is a liar then say your peace and move on-If you are short the stock, you will get burned-Your time horizon is 5 minutes anyway-
This is not a pump and dump, BOZO, as evidenced by the business progress-The latest Burger King contract, California wine deal and others to come will show that-The company needed the working capital to get the initial shipments into China-Shipments will now be funded from cash flow and LOC's with Chinese banks-The company is on course to be cash flow positive by year end-There will be no more stock sold and eventually there will be retirements-So why don't you take your crap somewhere else, BOZO-
