onemessageonly, Do you say illiquid because of the float lock here. The system works perfect if the mm's were required without fail to cover on day 3. The price goes up until someone sells and goes down until someone buys. They make their profit on the volume. Remember the mm does not have to cover NSS if the co. goes BK and stops trading and pays no tax.

NSS shorting that causes FTD's is against the law.
