Encounter Development Technologies Inc. (ENTI)

Could be being set up as a spin-off company of Encounter Technologies. I have seen many companies take a subsidiary and that subsidiary becomes a public company in itself, or a "spin-off" of the owner company. Shareholders in the original company benefit because they will automatically get shares in the spin-off company, number of shares determined in a ratio to how many shares they hold in the owner company (this being ENTI). Maybe 1 share in the spin-off for every 100 shares in the holding company. Shareholders in the holding company (ENTI) would end up with a nice bonus just for being shareholders in ENTI. This is just pure speculation on my part. Do not take it as something I think is happening or will happen, just something that could happen.
