1.On 6/7/2010, here is part of the entry and note it is a bit jumbled up and not all pint related, but note in it is Rice Science and Rice Rx, Columbia, and REVIEW EMAIL FROM LEO GINGRAS WITH JOINT VENTURE PROPOSAL FOR NEW BUSINESS. Did you catch that, JOINT VENTURE PROPOSAL FOR NEW BUSINESS. I repeat, "JOINT VENTURE PROPOSAL FOR NEW BUSINESS. Here is the actual entry.

2. Also part of the entry, "Conference call with Mary Burke regarding exit financing." Did you hear that??? "CONFERENCE CALL WITH MARY BURK REGARDING EXIT FINANCING.

3. 6/21/10--Email to John Quinn and Kenneth Shropshire be bio information.

4. Some discussion on Ceautimed, maybe having trouble keeping up. I am surprised they have paid as much as they have. If they default we get it back regardless of what they paid us.

5. On the FTI May filing>>
There is a 5/6/2010 entry that says, "Received call from Jerry Hibbert at Fulcrum Capital regarding interest in company".

Now, it is only one entry and may very well be meaningless, but Fulcrum is an interesting story.

A real long shot with them helping Z in Australia, but they did call about once anyway.

Those are not at all like PR's, just little discussions lawyers had with management or others. But the first 2 about a joint venture and exit capital look a little more than just talk.. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
