Kinda true.... but we aren't actually naked in the true meaning of a naked short. Our broker might be, but not us.

Another words, we can't get into trouble as we aren't the ones who actually manufactured the phantom shares. When I put in an order to short, I have no way of truly knowing if they are a naked short or not.
