Log.,i have to jump to the comments regarding safety measures...History facts tell me,that D.Cheney did NOT require safety measures for BP put into place in the GOM !!

550000 Dollars would be the cost of a blowout preventer,but as said previously, BP was not required to install it.
Did anybody of the media guys refer to this......let me guess...

You will not hear any discussion of safety measures in the North Sea,or offshore-drilling in Brazil...why.....because they incorporated those BOP's.

New legislature will come,be it 4 on/offshore drilling,but it will take time.
Cheap energy,defin. a thing of the past!
This might not bode well for the economy...and THEY know it!!!
