I didn't say they did anything. I was only giving my opinion that we don't need to get in bed with a bad faith negotiator. My assumption is the delays are entirely on their side as they try to strong arm little upstart biotech.

I'm absolutely certain that whoever it is started with a drop dead offer for all of the technology for all the indications with a very small royalty. But, that's just my opinion after reading about and talking to people who have been involved with this type of deal.
