TERRA ENERGY RESOURCES, LTD ANNOUNCES FINAL NEGOTIATIONS FOR ACQUISITION OF PENNSYLVANIA OIL TERMINAL FOR PRODUCTION OF BIODIESEL

Terra Energy Resources, Ltd. (OTCBB Trading Symbol- TRRE) announced today the final negotiations for the acquisition of an oil terminal located in western Pennsylvania. The acquisition will include land, buildings and equipment. The facility in question has a potential capacity of 24,000,000 gallons annually. We plan on producing biodiesel for use in home heating fuel while taking advantage of the incentives offered by the state of Pennsylvania for the production of alternative fuels.

In Pennsylvania, state lawmakers have approved $5.3 million in subsidies and incentives for local biodiesel production. The incentives will expire after a three-year period. The subsidies will allow Pennsylvania biodiesel plants, which are running under capacity because of competition from subsidized biodiesel produced in other states, to increase their production rates
