In light of the fact that you may be a stuck newbie, I will make you an offer. If you can obtain from Cortellazzi, the physical description of this "3.5 acres" and the physical description of these oil wells in Colorado, I will send you a check for one hundred dollars. But I want the legal description...County, map, book and page number. He will know what you mean. Tell him you are an investor and you want to check the comps...the comparable property values in the area.
He will not give it to you.
He learned after the St. Hubert scam not to give out detailed information because it can be investigated.
In the mean time, call Michel Beaudoin at St. Hubert's and ask him when the last time he saw or spoke to Cortellazzi was.
And while you are at it, email Group LeClerc and ask them if they ever were preparing working drawings for CortDev.
If you can get the physical description of these properties, you get a hundred dollars. If you can't , I get $25.00.
