Another thought to ponder ... beyond financing taking well into autumn to even arrange (and if at all).

I wonder if there is a possibility that Smart Win is lurking in the background, patiently waiting for EEGC to drill (if EEGC ever does drill) and in the 2% probability that EEGC actually finds a viable oil well ... Smart Win suing for first option???

Just something to ponder.
I doubt all ended congenially with Smart Win.
