That's true for now, but it does appear that the free BVIG shares are more important to "investors" of KATX and BVIG. I think that such was the primary intention of the company.

I think those that viewed the share distribution as the company using a means to pump the stock are sadly mistaken. I think it’s obvious that such was not the case. The share distribution was used as a means to quicker position the company’s assets into the OTCBB (a higher exchange) where transparency is very important for the company moving forward and graduating to attract more sophisticated types of investors.

Also, I think the company wants to do this in a way to reward their dedicated shareholders and not to focus so much on those shareholders looking for a quick flip to move on. I think what is happening with the share distribution will prove to be awesome for both BVIG and KATX shareholders. I am staying tuned.
