"Please, enough with these uninformed posts being passed off as authoritatvie commentary."

"And for loanranger, I've given a number of other examples in various posts showing why the FED's allegations have flaws. The broker dealer point is only one consideration."

hoggey1,
That's funny. For the record, hiding an inadequate and unrelated response to my post by burying it in a response to someone else's post will not result in its complete disappearance. I am using my own post to respond to here so you can go back and read it again should you be so inclined.

But the request that you apparently felt a need to escape from was simpler than I initially expressed, so I'll try again here. Again, as a reminder, the appropriate answer to this question, and to much pretty much any question for that matter, is not "your question only relates to one of my many points and I have all these other things that I'd prefer to distract you with rather than answer your question directly".

Spongetech, amongst other things, stands accused of issuing shares based on improper attorney opinion letters that eventually found their way into the open market. You correctly state that a link in the chain that delivered those shares to the public could reasonably be expected to have been one or more broker dealers. You have also made the following statement, and numerous similar statements expressing the same sentiment:
"My point, the fact that no BDs, Banks or Financials are mentioned in the complaint, it looks suspiciously like the Feds have very little evidence to prove the charges that M&M sold any illegal, unregistered shares of SPNG, much less, "approximately 2.5 billion" of these shares."

My request is very simple. Please provide an example of an SEC complaint in which the issuer is accused of distributing unregistered shares wherein the "BDs, Banks or Financials" are named in the issuer's initial complaint based on those charges.

ps. Note that I am not addressing the general lack of logic in the statement itself.

Not at the table, Carlos.
