Prolem isn't that someone is loading up, problem is someone keeps selling fours and until that stops it won't matter. You can try an load .0004 all you want but if no one is selling you have to start hitting .0005. I be glad when flippers, weak hands, or whoever it is that keeps selling at .0004 is done.
