Hey Lance, totally agree to your point about the quebec project, and this is a big step indeed. This project will provide immediate EBITDA profitability as well as be the springboard for the future plant at that location.

As for your question, I doubt the financials will be ready today, from what I have heard the audit is in the process of being completed, so I would guess it won't be long.
