A)That lawsuit will get tossed.
B)With BUNM deregistered from the SEC, how could they possibly argue that "bashers" are negatively affecting stock price and to whom will they make that argument? There is no financial or other public info available on the company to come to that conclusion.
C)The "bashers" here own stock. That would make them disgruntled shareholders.
