(60%of capital), Qiannanzhou State-owned Capital Operation CO., Ltd. (7.5%), Huisui State-owned Capital Operation CO., Ltd. (4.5%), Changshun State-owned Capital Operation CO., Ltd. (3%), Luodian State-owned Capital Operation CO., Ltd.(10%). and Guizhou Nenghui Investment and Development CO., Ltd.(15%). Guizhou Mengjiang River Basin Development CO., Ltd. is engaged in investments and constructions of hydropower and fuel-fired power projects, protection and developments of water resource, generation and distribution of electric power, electric power technology counselling and equipments purchasing and so on.
