They lost a lot of people by not keeping their word.
If they move quickly(in the next day or so)and put out their news and strong PR's very soon after,they could still win back a lot of people(if the news is strong).
What scares me is that they are not reliable so far.
In any business if you're not reliable,honest and have a great product/service you are doomed.
I really,really hope we are not being taken for a ride by a couple of guys sitting in an office playing video games half the day!!
