They were prepared, then Bob kept the money a third party gave for the audits to be done, they were never paid for and the cpa doing them will not release anything to the company.

I am a stock trader, I do my own DD and think others should do
theirs before buying a stock, if you choose to be in a stock that I
am in, your choice.
