Well, the problem is that dilution is not against the interests of manager: They get shares for just a part of the daily shareprice and seldom loose - while shareholder pay market prices and suffer by dilution. Additional manager get their salaries - often not a bad one....while shareholder get nothing but bad news LOL
That is the game of dilutiion....and SPKL is not the only microcap playing this game. Taking into account, that coming revenues will not be thrilling as well - even positive I hope - we will have to face another 30 to 50 million additional shares within next 18 months!
SPKL will not care - which I undersatnd. But the question is.....when will SPKL be this stock we all have been hoping it would be. I doubt before 2012
