Is it wise to simply assume there are any contracts? How large was the order you refer to as shipped? several dozen, 100, 1000, 10000, how many? I think the point with regard to the JXB/Rycom thermos, was missed. It is about their proprietary technology on which ASFX must rely. I thought I made that clear so sorry if it confused you. You might find it beneficial to review that info again.
seems to me they are simply selling anothers product, albeit a slight change in design.
the agreement became effective in feb. 2010 and will remain so for 2 years. per your suggestion, How many thermos do you think they have ordered or have orders for, so far? Any at all?
100K per month! Is that a bit optimistic? Didn't walgreens discontinue the thermo because of weak sales? Also the quotation is based on just 300k units over the 2 year period. I very very skeptical and doubtful of even that amount. Like i said, I can already smell another technimed fiasco just around the corner. Assuming of course ASFX ever gets that far.
Do you think it is important that this copy of the agreement is not signed by anyone representing JXB and is governed by the state of Florida? Dog
