"With history about to repeat itself"

that 1 year chart shows up from here.

What history might that be?

The company failing at it's core product?
The PPS bordering 3 zeros?
Possibility of future dilution?

1 year ago one could try and buy on blind speculation, today...?
1 year ago the company was in the process of "pricing" it'self with a "reward" of warrants to the shareholders of record then.
1 year ago every one thought the "re-vamped" Realtime would take the market by storm when released.
1 year ago the company had (Q1)$93,795 in commissions &
(Q2)$78,193 in commissions.
1 year ago the company had 76,783,110 shares outstanding

So, exactly what history are we going to see repeated?

8 months ago the company had an analysis done in which the company had almost 6 million dollars in revenue estimated for 2010
To date this report cannot be found via the internet for shareholders to review.

All BS aside, the company ending the bleeding from this "Realtime" product makes pure sense.
(Maybe they should name it "Nextime"?)

The fact that less than a month ago the company reporting that they are in the final stages of an update to the product now seems like a spoon along.
Anyone willing to defend the company on this? Willing to say the company didnt know the product was a loss on 6-24-2010?

6-24-2010 Update
Regarding iFinix product offerings, the iFinix RealTime upgrade is currently in the final stages of internal and external beta testing. Once completed, current subscribers will receive notification of the upgrade and download instructions via email.
Mr. Munroe concluded, "I can assure you that all divisions of iFinix have been working tirelessly and are committed to the success of iFinix Corporation as a whole. We anticipate sharing announcements of additional personnel and operational capabilities in the weeks ahead."

In my opinion:
3 key words I'm looking out for in the "future" :
1 PROFITS - This is a good word The one we R looking for.
2 BANKRUPTCY - Not so good of a word....
3 PRIVATIZATION - Pretty much the same as above but shareholders might get some pennies on the dollar in return.
