My Guess is Stocksock has been burned by other recommendations such as MDXX or China Crescent or even a shell for a car sales company. The same people recommending PTOS are in this group. The guy responsible for PTOS being on the trading block who lives in Vancouver and in some hot water for bad activity might cause some notions of another scam with this stock. Especially since there has been no news of concrete progress. Just speculation of what could be and promises for several years with nothing materializing.

Sour grapes is easy to explain if you know the whole picture.

Unless Stocksock wants the price low for his own reasons.
