You guys just described my dream vacation, more so than Cabo or Vegas could ever be to me.
I grew up in Northern NY where snowmobiling and ice fishing made winter time my favorite season. Every summer from 4 years old to 11, I spent at least a week at a different reservoir in Canada catching Northerns and Bass. Every Memorial Day weekend was spent catching hundreds of bullhead and northerns in the 1,000 Islands of the St. Lawrence River.
I just can't top those memories with margheritas, gambling, and hookers. Oh did I say hookers? Hey now, that doesn't go on in Vegas! lol
Let me know if anyone wants to setup a North Country vacation after all this is over. I'll bring the cold Pabst Blue Ribbon and the Limberger cheese.
