but the all stock purchase of TerraSpher is going to add ~30mil shares to the market bringing the price down.

And it's not like they're realizing millions in monthly sales $$.

Is it realistic to expect the stock price to go above $1 by the end of the year without some underlying change to the stock? i.e. a reverse split or a HUGE buy back
