Just spoke to the CEO, he thought he was doing the right thing by filing the form 15, guess not, he is calling the SEC as I am typing this, wow how frigging crazy.

I am a stock trader, I do my own DD and think others should do
theirs before buying a stock, if you choose to be in a stock that I
am in, your choice.
