Small cap biotech stock ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX:ANX) is no stranger to us. This chart's been much-watched for months now.... mostly because of its implosion. The tide may well be turning though.

While it's yet to crawl above it, ANX shares have made a persistent attack on the 20-day line over the last month and a half. In fact, I'd say the stock's pushing it upward now, even though it's yet to break it. If ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals can just crack the 50-day line at $2.03, I'd consider it a strong technical (short term) buy.
