our volume has been low these past up days, unless we see a couple 500m-1billion share days early this week its going to go back to 3.50-3.75 (give or take)until government is out. then it will climb.
"big" investors know the government has to sell alot of shares, witch will bring the price down, and that is where they will get in. they know when, where, to who, and for how much the gov will sell the shares.
until then, this is an excellent swinger, and i ride the waves!
