I think you're forgetting the $$Millions in court judgements against TGLN that Gamefly would then have to pay off as well. Oh, and starting out with about 4 BILLION O/S, for with they received nothing.

So it would only cost them about $3,000,000 to take over this piece of crap...or they could spend $1 million taking Gamefly public and their founders and investors get the money from the IPO.

I'm no math major, but I can figure out this one!
