I am sure it will have another pop at some point. But it is wise to note that the highs of each new "pop" are always lower than the previous highes:

Over the past year a stock buyback "program" was announced and never took place. The entire airport project was a scam from the beginning. No activity every took place at St. Hubert's that was being described in PR's. In a December '03 PR, AC said that he paid out over $200,000.00 to start the project and it included payment to Transport Canada for soil sampling and an environmental study. I contacted three separate offices of Transport Canada and was assured that such payments were never made. Also, claims of plans being drawn , leases being signed, and other project activity were false. I checked frequently with Michel Beaudoin, The Transport Canada rep at the airport, and he told me that at no time was a survey completed which would be a prerequisite to all other activity.
Not only have past claims of a buyback ( actually a buyback PROGRAM) never happened, but the O/S increased obscenely during the entire period of the "buyback program".

If you spend some time researching my posts on the RB (also jcrom56) you will see almost a year's worth of investigating.

So, will this thing pop again?...Maybe.
Is it a scam?...Absolutely!
