As per previous SEC submission: "In regards to your current engine project, a normally aspirated 14.0 liter inline 6 cylinder fueled by natural gas powering a stationary generator, we have determined that this engine application complies with the guidance of 40 CFR 1048 "CONTROL OF EMISSIONS FROM NEW, LARGE NONROAD SPARK-IGNITION ENGINES " (Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 1048) "

I do not belive that the word "application" above refers to a paper application. I believe it refers to the 6 cylinder CSRV application that was tested in the certified EPA independent testing facility.
