Hi niceboat,

X_Dev determines the buy and sell points almost purely based on recent price action. X_Dev needs significant action for abuy or sell. (You need to define "significance" first for every stock by backtesting.) So when prices drop, the buy and sell points drop too. All other information is ignored by X_Dev. What you do with that information is up to you.
