After 60 long days of silence I am now allowed to join you all in this celebration ! What a beautiful day to begin posting on the CDIV board again. I missed you all my friends and am glad to be here today to say that CDIV is moving right along ....maybe a bit of delays, but yet, still on track. CDIV will eventually squeeze and that is a fact!!!! No matter what anyone here says or does, this will SQUEEZE and those holding when the time comes will be greatly redeemed...
