This is a bottom pps in the most potential penny stocks I've seen and (whenever RS is about coming prior to end of year) I'll sell it without hesitation because AS,OS are too high. IMO BUY IT NOW WHILE IT IS STILL IN THIS PPS ON MONDAY !!!
Jim stated in PR on July 7th: "As far as share structure is concerned, I will reaffirm once again that there will be no reverse split prior to Lecere moving up the OTC-BB. I hope a move to the OTC-BB can occur just before the end of the year."
