There is just no demand for it

"The software they made is great"
Is it now?

"There is just no demand for it"
Cant be that great then?

"Their return on investments would be better spent on advertising trying to get Forex and Equities divisions up and running solid wich is the real Pinnacle of the company not the software. Ifinix software is just the icing on the cake that ties all divisions together."

March 31 2010 Full 09 and prior quarters:
Although the company's subsidiaries have generated revenue from operations, the consolidated company as a whole has not generated substantial revenue from it's core operation of providing subscribers data
So in short, the core business is expendable while the subsidiaries become the true business plan?

"However, i do give credit to X who did mention before that ifinix was not a one trick pony and correctly played RealTime down as some standalone end all solution."

I do not believe anyone said INIX was standing on the software alone but the company does explain itself as a market information based software company. I'd be interested in finding out exactly what this "X" knew (and when) of this company for the past lets say - year.

WHO'S KIDDING WHO???????????

FULL YEAR 09 AS OF MARCH 31 2010:

B. Business of Issuer
/.....Our trading platform combines order routing, trade management, charting, analytical information, news and fundamental data from all major data and information sources into a single workstation environment..../

iFinix Suite of Products:
iFinix Realtime
iFinixTrader
eFinix

Item 9. THE NATURE OF PROUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED
1. Principal products or services, and their markets;
iFinix's principal product is a financial trading platform and maintaining the platform for it's customers. R&B computer focuses on Telecommunication networks and services, Web design and Internet services, hardware and software developement, and medical software. iFinix Futeures provides professional services to individuals, fund managers and institutions who require leading edge technology to satisfy their trading needs.

The quarterly reports do not define this company as a "Brokerage service" as what others will have people believe.
Even if Trader is released tomorrow, what make any one believe the market will be healthy enough to keep the "subsidiaries of iFinix in business? All the huff n puff was how many subs "Realtime and Trader" would get and alllll the revenue it would generate monthly. By May 18th Q1 2010 the companys "plan of operation" moved up to Item no 4 from Item no 16
While any mention of the core Business of issuer is pushed down to notes. That there was the RED FLAG that I for one didnt see.
Anyone in their right mind looking to invest money is going to find out this company has failed with its pricipal products on numerous occasions and will think twice about trusting any monies being traded thru them. Oh wait, maybe they have 1000 people on the sidelines just like they supposedly had for the realtime platform????

WHO'S KIDDING WHO?????????

6-24-2010 Update
Regarding iFinix product offerings, the iFinix RealTime upgrade is currently in the final stages of internal and external beta testing. Once completed, current subscribers will receive notification of the upgrade and download instructions via email.

Mr. Munroe concluded, "I can assure you that all divisions of iFinix have been working tirelessly and are committed to the success of iFinix Corporation as a whole. We anticipate sharing announcements of additional personnel and operational capabilities in the weeks ahead."

WHO'S KIDDING WHO???????

iForex??????

“Forex.com acts as the clearing agent and counterparty to customers margined Forex transactions introduced by Ifinix Futures dba iFinix Forex. Forex.com is a registered Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and a member of the National Futures Association (NFA).”

Has anyone looked into "FOREX.COM"????
iFinix is going to compete with this???
MAYBE, just maybe if it had it's own platform that was BETTER than all others out there. No wonder I never received an answer on my questions about "realtime"....

Hmmmmmm.
Where does it go? Possibly??? The company makes enough money to pay it's employees as it strings along the investors.
OR
It eventually files for bankruptcy and everyone gets "suspended like the 1st and 2nd release of realtime"
OR
Someone buys it out for a hobby (at hobby prices) and takes it private.

(and here you thought you were already at "hobby" prices)

:)

The worse thing that bothers me is I wont be available for Wednesdays Conference Call....... :(
