I think that what BRIG has been trying to say all along.

The "intrinsic value" isn't zero, but it's so hard to determine that it was just easier to write them down to zero rather than try to figure out how much they were impaired to. $800,000? $500,000? $1 million? $200,000? Much easier and cheaper for Withum to say "$0.00"
