fran your right, problem is this has been diluted by retards that haven't a clue what they are doing. Lots of penny stocks use dilution as a means of raising money what distinquishes the smart ones from this is they shut the tap off every once and a while launch a PR campaign let the stock run hard then sell shares coming down the backside.
If you look at the trades from the other day when the news came out you'll see some fool selling about 170k and 270k on the bid and knocking it down to .0030 about 12mins before the news came out. They knew the news was coming and couldn't wait to sell into any rally. The Honewell news is very solid news. The pps actually started to run as high as .0080 but the selling persisted. That totally knocked the wind out of the rally. Highest volume day 4 million and off 28%. That stinks of Dilution. 2 days later volume 500 shares. Why would anyone buy this POS after a performance like that.
This is absolutely the lamest, dumbest, most pathetic management of dilution I have ever seen.
I see one of 2 possible things that took place. The same idiots that diluted it in the summer had some shares left over and dumped them.
Or Insiders at the company sold shares. The fact that the OS hasn't increased leads me to think this happen. If you look at the chart back in May it ran to .035 then was diluted down to about .0070. Then in the summer it was at .02 then the OS increased again and it dropped back down to .0070. I'd say they got the shares at .0060-.0070. So why would they dump more shares at .0040 if they gave .0070 for them. They wouldn't. IMO the shares dumped a couple days ago where insiders selling. Why? may need money for holiday shopping LOL who knows.

HSCC has nothing but bagholders right now. If they don't stop the dilution and get this stock to run up shareholders won't feel any reason to hold the loss thru 07. I bet if I tried I could knock this down to .0010 that would give me a real healthy loss to offset sizable gains. Might send the RETARD a strong message also. Shame this little company has so much potential.
I'll give them the next PR to get their sxxx together if not it will be fun throwing a million shares at the mm's on a 200 share trading day.
