Wow...... no; I hadn't heard about PSC getting busted....
perhaps there's such a thing as Kharma afterall.....

Ya' know, this might still be a 'good' thing for ENTK....
judging by the minimal total volume since they 'stole' those ENTK shares,
my guess is that they were still a 'threat' & still hold most of their ENTK.
When & if ENTK were to take-off again, they'd likely be there to dump,
sending us back down again.
Quoting the SEC PR, it looks like that's no longer a threat....
"disgorgement of ill-gotten gains" & "freezing & repatriation of assets".
If I'm reading this right, this in-effect, negates all those loose-cannon shares,
effectively reducing the O/S & float by that same amount.
As I recall [?], they have 1.5M of (post R/S valued) ENTK....that's BIG...
nearly 10% of the O/S & a lot more than that of the 'float'.
This could be a BIG boost for our stock if we see an uptrend IMO.
