PR out on new ceo/background
q3 released
q4 released (possible q4 is audited)
form 3s filed on new ceo/new vp/jd/glenn and any other co.
insiders
q1 released
q2 (if fully transparent) q2 is due around 8/15 suspect this
will be one of the last *material* items to be pr'd b4 the SM

IDGI is my other fav and after the first round of filings came through on Friday, it should be a good week
