MH, I'm going to do something about it....

rather than complain, since it's such a good post that just needs a little breathing space...

My thoughts on a number of issues.........

Since my post about ways to circumvent the bashers was deleted some weeks ago, I have been sitting back and watching quietly. See what happens when you don't do that, Hag!! LOL...

As many of you know, during my absence from the thread I have been posting PM's when there are questions I feel I can assist with. There is a lot of trash to sift through these days. Or was that "pond scum"? Seems we have a couple new A&P operatives on board. Which brings me to some new/old questions: Why are they still trying to dominate the message boards? Do they still need to cover their shorts?

My hunch on this is as follows: maybe the shut down of Fierro Brothers caught the shorts by surprise. In case you didn't notice, we had a slow but sure 12 DAY IN A ROW PRICE ADVANCE after that announcement. Could A&P have been on the wire telling his followers "don't panic, we will find a new outlet"? Did they? Seems there may now be some scrutiny (by the SEC) into trading in shares of SEVU.

I say this due to recent posts I have seen inferring shares owned by Arch Cook are now under investigation. Might this swell into a larger investigation? If that is the case, what can these short sellers - many of whom may be caught with illegal naked short positions - do to cover. Might it be possible that these large share volume days we have had recently are simply "churning" of shares to give an appearance of activity?

I know the only activity I am making is to take advantage of the low price and BUY SEVU at these ridiculously low levels. I will point out that I was able to buy without any kind of a problem or delay. Of course, I do not have any where near the size position it has been inferred these shorters may be stuck with. Time will tell. But, if this hunch is right, you can expect a full fledged attack again before this is all said and done. Again I ask "Why are they still trying so hard to discredit this company?"

Regarding bashers, please, please, please Matt, give me an IGNORE button. I have added two alias names to my list of bashers just in the past few days I have been on vacation. That makes nine total. They are dominating the posting. They have been successfull in engaging reputable posters in their ploy. Don't you all see, that is their objective: ENGAGE the enemy. It gives a sense of credibility to their negative posts. Bigbizz and boca alluded to this in their posts #'s 6013 and 6019. I implore you all, ignore these people, that is the worst thing for them - no attention. If they bring up something a reputable poster wants to explore, bring it up yourself in a new post. Do not give any credit or attention to a poster who is obviously out to ENGAGE you in something they will later twist to the negative.

Judge for yourself the content in the posts of all the posters on this board. The bashers do not even try to hide their negativity. They may not always report things as facts, but they constantly BRING UP NEGATIVE SUGGESTIONS. They watch the rules closely - that is why they question them so emphatically. Enough said. Please help us Matt, let us control our own time management. It takes so long already to just get through reading the headline only to find it was posted by one of these senseless bashers - there are so many of them. Thanks.

Regarding SEVU. Whew, a lot to consider of late. I am personally trying to keep things in perspective. Many on this thread are still calling for mass production. Let us not keep putting the cart before the horse. SEVU has said they can meet existing demand by their current production methods - and intend to. What they are doing now IS mass production to a certain degree. They are mass producing the pieces parts and hand assembling the final product, both at their headquarters and, I believe, off site somewhere too. They are waiting for sufficient demand before booking out robotic assembly of the entire process.

Which brings me to the point we all need to be focusing on - CONTRACT SALES. Our plan is to make the margins while we can - before we go to mass retail where the margins will be reduced. A good plan. But, WHERE'S THE BEEF?? Seems to me we have been trying to put something together since September/October last year. That's almost 6 months. Taiwan, 7th ARMCOR, GSA, schools, police departments, etc.

Guess I would have to ask if our marketing and sales department are doing a good job? Guess I would also have to ask that if this is the pace of our sales department, did Rich get too many shares for the patent rights? What can we expect every 6 months? At this rate the patents will expire before we book that much profit!!!

Larry Hoffman, Christy, JR, and Rich need to show me MANY contracts coming to fruition by the end of the current quarter, or I for one will be calling for a different approach - and an explanation of how the price for the patent was established. Seems to me Rich took advantage of a depressed share price and got $2+ million for the patent control when, if we had had proper management and marketing, the share price would, no, SHOULD have been much higher. I think a million shares worth of dilution for a $9million backlog of orders is a pretty high price to pay. JMHO
Management.

Can't say I am displeased with the turn of events since the Open House. I would prefer to see a bit more experience at the top, but am willing to give the new team a chance. Did not see a masters degree in the bunch. Won't hold that against them though - I always felt experience was more valuable than schooling, so,.......SHOW ME THE MONEY. Show me you can get these contracts firmed up.

Rich McBride. What can I say. I can say thank you for inventing what I think is a killer product. I can also say thank you for one of the most interesting and informative investment ordeals I have ever been through. I certainly hope to be able to say thank you for the profit at some point in the near future. I am disappointed though about how much is enough. I think taking fifty percent of this company at inception is a lot. I have been involved in some new company development. 50% is a lot.

It was the successful growth of the company that allowed the development of new products, including SecureView. Granted, Rich participated in the successful development of the company, but, if we are putting blame where it belongs, he is also responsible for bringing the share price back down to the current level. Yes, some of that might have happened on its own, but not all of it. I think to get another million shares is a bit greedy. A more positive announcement would have been to give the patents to Sea View and say let's get on to business and get this company going. Will it make a difference when the share price is $40 if Rich has 6+ million shares or 7+ million shares? How rich does Rich need to be? Sure, it's a million shares, but doesn't it send a signal the share price might never get there so he needs to cash in some chips while he can? It did to me. Give the shares back Rich. Make them available as incentives to management for SALES.

Lastly, I hope Rich will lay off the message board rebutals. Like future press releases, only report back to me AFTER action has been taken. If you are slandered, sue the guy. If the company is illegally targeted, call the SEC and sue the guy. Report back to me about what is being done to set the record straight - NOT a plea for clemency. Don't you see, you are allowing them to ENGAGE you in their games by responding with anything but a FORMAL rebutal. We do not want our company to be continually pulled down by these personal and manipulative games being played by outsiders. Get above it. Sell some SecureView units!!

I have probably given the bashers plenty to chew on. I'm sure they will be spewing up a storm regardless of what I write. Sorry for the length of this post - I will try to be less wordy in the future. More of my thoughts later - if there is any interest.

HOW MUCH FOR THE HAIR DRYER? Not mine anyway. I need to start selling my wife's stuff - I don't own anything but SEVU anymore!!!
