CAUTION ADVISED: Things are not as they seem here.

I suggest serious due diligence on this one before throwing your money at it. I got interested and started checking it out. Didn't like what I found.

Ask the company about it's alleged patent on the so called Eco CIS System. Here's the only one I could find with anyone related to the company on it.

It appears to be registered to another company called ETI, a competitor of theirs.

Also, check out the history on this Tom Crom guy. From what I can find, he has absolutely no relevant experience in this field and his only claim to fame is that he has a CPA designation that he has used to land numerous positions as CFO or some other executive position with tiny public companies that subsequently fail. From what I found, Larry Lorenz doesn't come off looking any better than Crom, in fact they are currently playing the executive game for a few other public companies while trying to get this one going. I prefer executives with a stake in the deal and a passion for the product based upon something more than what I see here.

Also, check out who is responsible for pumping this stock. Apparently it's a guy named Jan Olivier. He is a Vancouver promoter, once connected to the famous wrong number stock scam.

Finally consider this simple fact. These guys have been without meaningful compensation for a very long time. Basically they are starving for cash and the whole idea of this pump will be so that insiders can cash out big time. That assures you of a downward trend of the stock. The only question is, will they allow the stock to rise before dumping into it and taking it down or will they just start unloading as soon as volume starts.

One thing is certain. With 48 million plus shares outstanding the current market cap is pegged at $35 million. In its latest filing the company had $1376 in the bank (it's total assets) and no income. This is not a $35 million company. Heck, I don't see a $3.5 million company here.. not at this point. IMO, this is one you want to stay away from. I am gonna keep an eye on this and see if they can actually make something of themselves. Seems they haven't accomplished much for a very long time.
