I got an alert that a Form 15-12g was filed for this stock, so i immediately did some researching and found that we are possibly close to completing a reverse merger with Bob petry's private company Petry Power Systems. For a stock that hasn't filed any SEC reports since 2005, that 15-12g is a nice hint that something big is about to come. With an O/S of around 100 million and A/S of 200 million, this looks to me like a really attractive reverse merger shell.
