Sure, good stab.

Ch. 11 *also* gets creditors right up in the middle of your Jello, in effect giving them a voice in your business operations.

And it requires accurate accounting: there's *still* a trustee.

Bottom line: it would be a tough sell to the BK court, given the principal's history...
