We are doing our best to sign PSC as soon as possible,bur as you know negotiation is always negotiation,it can take short or longer time.

It is my understanding that PSC talks our ongoing in regards to both EEL's and ERHC's preferential blocks.
Are you confident that the PSCs will be completed in the near future? If so, what is your anticipated timeframe for signed PSCs on these blocks?
