SPNG has no real business. It was always a money losing scam. Their suppliers are suing them. They have no functioning manufacturing arm and are now stuck with a huge pile of unsaleable inventories.

The game was always to sell you unregistered stock. Once this was stopped, the cob house tumbled.

The objective here is for SPNG to continue its business..
