I don't know. I chose these words carefully:
"I have no idea whether the problems impact the status of the filing. Obviously the court has assigned a judge and a case number so these issues may be moot, but I'm not convinced."
I have not looked into the issue of whether such a petition could be rejected. But I'm inclined to think that, if such a thing could happen, any misrepresentations or omissions on the form could provide a basis for it and I think that I've presented a couple.
